- Ensuring Pre–Construction Information has been collated and has issued to the relevant parties – while also assessing the standards and quality
- Evaluating requirements around the F10 Notification, that the criteria have been met, and the F10 correctly issued
- Checking there are no fundamental gaps in information
- Confirming that an adequate developed Construction Phase Plan is in place
- Reviewing the arrangements that are in place for the Health & Safety File
